COIR DIVISION

Sakthi Coir Exports is a young firm raised exclusively for smoother administration of exports from the mother company Sakthi Fibre Products, situated at Pollachi, Tamilnadu, India,. This company pioneered in the manufacture of coir and coconut products from the year 1978 onwards. During last two decades we have developed various new products of coir & Coconut, especially for our international clients. C.M.Kamaraj founded Sakthi Fibre Products, age 42 who is a Post Graduate in Commerce and is the backbone of the company. Now Sakthi Coir Exports, exports Cut fibre in bales which is usable as soil mix, coconut husk chips usable as soil conditioner, twisted coir which is raw material for making rubberised coir mattresses and cushions. Coir yarn or thinner varieties of coir rope in various varieties , coir pith in bales, coir dust in briquittes, marketable in Garden Center’s, Horticulture companies and Nurseries.

COCONUT DIVISION

This division manufactures and exports Desiccated coconut powder, packed in 10kg & 20kg packs as per the requirement of various clients in India and abroad.

This division has won various Government of India and State Government of Tamilnadu awards for excellence in innovation and exports. The watchword of our company is to maintain quality consistently for the satisfaction of customers, while still being desirous of creating new avenues in Coir & Coconut related products. We export Coconut shells in the form of 185ml Ice Cream Cups. The same shell is cut into particular fashion as natural feeding pot for birds. The same coconut is cut into birds' nest which is a new product in their range. This company is vigilant 24 hours a day receiving new dimensions and new areas of use for Coir & Coconut.

COIR MACHINES

Sakthi Coir Exports branched into Sakthi Engineering Works which is the division looking after fabrication of coir machines for mechanical extraction of Coir Fibre, Curled (twisted) Coir manufacturing machines, Coir yarn spinning machines, machines for making desiccated coconut powder, machines for making Rubberised coir products etc. This company brought a new innovation in the field by the introduction of Conveyor system for fibre extraction. The conveyor system ensures a fully automatic system of fibre extraction that is also easier for the workers. Coir King Twisting Machine is the fastest machine for twisting coir manufacture. We have exported many machines to countries like, Australia, Malaysia, Srilanka, Pappua Newguinea, Philippines, Indonesia, etc. We have invented a new version of machine spun coir yarn manufacturing machine. The new designs of Coir King Decorticator set of machines are mainly intended for low budget Entrepreneurs.
